Shahzad is an experienced entrepreneur with many successful assisted business startups to his name. Known to his friends as the missing Dragon, Shahzad has been involved in business since 2003. His business acumen and financial understanding has enabled his portfolio of success to grow over the years. Shahzad has used the 15 years of acquired understanding of the UK Security Industry, gained from the success of STM Security to start a new venture with the inception of Cutlass Group.

Steve has over 30 years of industry experience within man guarding, events, and training, working with some of the leading suppliers throughout his time in the industry. He later transitioned into compliance and has spent the last 15 years covering various standards including ISO compliance, CE marking, UKCA marking, and the SIA approved contractor scheme.
