Steve has over 30 years industry experience within man guarding, events and training, working with some of the leading suppliers throughout his time in the industry, Steve decide to take a career change and has spent the last 15 years working within the compliance field covering various standards including ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, CE marking 1090, UKCA marking and SIA approved contractor scheme. Having joined cutlass in 2020 to help develop and enhance the compliance within the organisation, he moved swiftly into business development securing a large contract within the first 2 months. Steve has a vision to ensure the business meets and exceeds the expectation of, clients, stakeholders and staff, to be achieved through providing an effective approach to business continuity and growth.
